Summary

The Maribor Inter-Municipal Public Housing Fund is procuring design services for a planned development in the Tezno area of Maribor, comprising approximately 46–50 public rental apartments, an underground garage, external and traffic arrangements, parking, infrastructure connections, and associated shared, technical and ancillary spaces. The single lot covers the conceptual design, documentation for obtaining project conditions, documentation for opinions and the building permit, and technical documentation to support a later design-and-build procurement. The design is to support energy-efficient and sustainable housing and comply with applicable green public procurement requirements.
