Framework agreement for architecture and engineering services for the comprehensive renovation of non-residential public buildings

Summary

Sibelga is procuring a framework agreement for comprehensive architecture and engineering services to support the renovation of existing non-residential public buildings in Brussels and improve their energy performance. Services include studies, detailed design, preparation of technical specifications and monitoring of works, potentially covering building-envelope upgrades, airtightness, structural engineering, interior and exterior design, signage, acoustics, infrastructure and landscaping.
