Renovation of BoVendia Department 8 housing estate

Summary

BoVendia is procuring the renovation of its Department 8 housing estate on Karolinesvej, Lonesvej and Mettesvej in Hjørring under a single main works contract. The estate currently comprises 224 family homes built between 1973 and 1980; the renovation will be carried out in four phases and will result in 215 family homes and five youth homes, including 90 accessible homes. The planned contract period is 40 months.
