Cleaning and window-cleaning services for the University of Southern Denmark

Summary

The University of Southern Denmark is procuring regular cleaning of indoor premises and related services, together with window and glass cleaning, at approximately 14 locations, including Odense, Esbjerg, Kolding, Kerteminde, Munkebo, Faaborg and Copenhagen. The services cover, among other spaces, teaching and administrative premises, laboratories, interior and exterior façade glazing, and skylights. The procurement is a single lot, covering approximately 430,810.12 m²; the contract runs from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2033, with options to extend it by up to 24 months in total.
