Feasibility studies for railway electrification in the Craiova region
Summary
C.N.C.F. C.F.R. S.A.’s Craiova Regional Branch is procuring feasibility studies in two lots for railway electrification: Caracal–Piatra Olt–Râmnicu Vâlcea and Râmnicu Vâlcea–Podu Olt. The studies must identify the optimal technical, economic and operational investment solution and address railway interoperability requirements, including those applicable to European and TEN-T corridors. Each lot has a planned duration of 15 months.
