Production and online placement of an animated double billboard advertisement

Summary

The Wielkopolska Provincial Labour Office is procuring the production and online placement of one animated double billboard advertisement for an information campaign about the National Training Fund. The campaign will cover the whole Wielkopolska region, run for 14 consecutive days, and target at least 1,000,000 impressions.
