Comprehensive renovation of municipal apartments 2026

Summary

The Municipality of Budapest’s 13th District is procuring a works framework contract for maintaining, renovating, extending and modernising the energy performance of its residential and non-residential properties, including defect and emergency repairs. The 12-month framework has a net value of HUF 275 million and may be extended once for a further 12 months. The anticipated volume is an average of eight apartments and 479 m² per year; the works may include building, mechanical, heating, electrical, joinery, finishing and related design work. The procurement is not divided into lots.
