Incident reporting system

Summary

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is procuring an on-premises incident reporting system that it will operate itself. The contract covers licences, support and maintenance, implementation and configuration including migration, integration, documentation and training, with options to add users, training, licences for additional features and consultancy services. The system is intended to support approximately 40,000 reporters and 4,000–5,500 users with some form of enhanced access; the estimated contract value is SEK 50 million.
