Restructuring of the B23 Pathology Tower

The University of Liège is procuring the first phase of works to restructure the B23 Pathology Tower in Liège. The works cover the technical level and shared installations on level -2, as well as fitting out the level +5 floor, including technical upgrades such as HVAC and electrical works. The building’s research, medical and teaching activities must continue in areas not under construction; the contract is planned to last 450 days and includes required priced options.
