Greenery maintenance and public-space cleaning in Prague 12 – Areas 3 and 9

Summary

Prague 12 City District is procuring routine and specialist maintenance of public greenery, cleaning of public spaces, and inspection and maintenance of children’s playgrounds in two areas. Lot 1 covers Area 3, including Durychova, Šatrova, U Vodojemu, Novodvorská, Smotlachova, Zelenkova and Generála Šišky; Lot 2 covers Area 9, including parts of Modřany, Komořany, Cholupice and Točná. The services are planned for 52 months from 1 March 2027; work in the Cholupice and Točná areas under Lot 2 is limited to 1 March–30 June 2027. The estimated values are CZK 29,725,680 for Lot 1 and CZK 19,687,924 for Lot 2.
