Construction of new data hall aisles at the MHMP data centre

Summary

The tender covers construction of new enclosed data-hall aisles at the Prague City Hall data centre. The works include installing 42 racks with monitored power distribution in two enclosed aisles, together with 14 cooling units, plus three racks for fibre-optic cables and three racks for data libraries. The contractor must install the electrical systems for two power feeds, modify the cooling connections and fire-suppression system, provide cable trays for data cabling, and build a management system for the low-voltage and data cabling. All equipment and systems must be installed, commissioned, tested and brought into production service, with technical documentation provided. The solution must interoperate with the data centre’s existing infrastructure, but using the same manufacturer or product is not required. The estimated total contract value is CZK 26,900,000, and price is the only award criterion. Variant bids are not permitted and no tender guarantee is required. Bids must be submitted electronically and signed electronically. The planned period starts on 30 November 2026 and lasts 60 months. Contract performance must use environmentally responsible practices, including reducing emissions and waste and, where available, using low-emission vehicles and environmentally friendly paper.
