Development of Integrated Digital Solutions and User Training for Mugeni and Feliceni

Summary

The municipalities of Mugeni and Feliceni are procuring the design, development, integration, testing, commissioning and piloting of seven integrated digital solutions to modernise local public services. The solutions cover digital public services, two-way communication with citizens, automated internal workflows, digital education and awareness, an AI chatbot, business intelligence and energy-use optimisation. The contract also includes staff training, licences and usage rights, technical support and warranty services for 24–48 months, and software maintenance for 36–60 months after final acceptance; hardware is procured separately.
