Development of Zsóry Thermal and Beach Baths

Summary

The Municipality of Mezőkövesd is procuring the redevelopment of the Zsóry Thermal and Beach Baths as a single works lot. The project includes demolishing the existing pool complex and building seven new pools, water attractions, pool-plant facilities, a service and café building, and associated mechanical, electrical, accessibility and landscaping works. Optional works include improvements to the water-treatment equipment and additional pool attractions. The planned delivery period is 14 months from handover of the site.
