Metal separation from bottom ash

SAKO Brno is seeking a concessionaire to further sort fine bottom ash from its waste-to-energy plant using the concessionaire’s own technology. The service is expected to run for five years, continuously or in campaigns, and must process the ash without disrupting plant operations; the estimated contract value is CZK 75 million. The initial allocation provides for the buyer to own ferrous metals, magnetic dust and processed ash, while the concessionaire owns the non-ferrous metals.
