Battery-electric trainsets in the Ústí Region – Švestková Railway II

Summary

AŽD Praha is procuring four new battery-electric rail vehicles (BEMU) for passenger rail services in the Ústí Region, together with maintenance and servicing. The contract includes options to order additional vehicles and to extend post-warranty servicing and periodic maintenance by up to five years. The estimated contract value is CZK 708 million.
