Cleaning and support services for conference and accommodation facilities, 2027–2028

Summary

The Czech Academy of Sciences’ Centre of Shared Activities is procuring year-round, 24/7 regular and exceptional cleaning and related support services for conference and accommodation facilities, divided into three lots: two hotels in Prague, the Liblice conference centre and the Třešť conference centre. Work schedules will be planned weekly according to hotel occupancy and conference events. The contracts will run for two years, or until the relevant financial limit is exhausted; the estimated total value is CZK 9 million. The contracting authority will provide the cleaning and hygiene consumables, water and electricity needed to perform the services.
