Expansion and modernisation of information systems for serving citizens and migrants

Summary

The Municipality of Drama is procuring an expansion and modernisation of its information systems for public services, in two lots with a total estimated value of €620,000. Lot 1, estimated at €520,000 and lasting 24 months, covers software installation and configuration, data migration, training, maintenance and support, and services to improve municipal revenue collection and management of municipal property. Lot 2, estimated at €100,000 and lasting 4 months, covers the supply and installation of computers, monitors, multifunction printers, laptops, network switches, document scanners and related peripherals.
