Summary

The Kazanlak State Forestry Unit is procuring 12 months of subscription-based maintenance and repair services for its office equipment, including computers, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, modems, routers and other equipment. The service includes monthly preventive inspections, troubleshooting and repairs, with replacement equipment provided for complex faults until repair is complete. The contractor will also supply necessary spare parts, materials and consumables, with delivery costs capped at EUR 2,100 excluding VAT.
