Technical assistance for fire-safety products and equipment in buildings

Summary

The National Institute of Medical Emergency (INEM) is procuring preventive and corrective technical assistance and maintenance for fire-safety equipment and systems at its facilities in mainland Portugal, including sites in Porto, Coimbra, Lisbon, Loulé and Faro. The scope covers fire extinguishers, hose reels and hydrants, fire doors, sprinklers, fire and carbon-monoxide detection and suppression systems, emergency lighting, smoke extraction and related equipment. The single contract covers 2026–2027 and has a base price of €78,891 excluding VAT.
