Public lighting modernisation and operation

Summary

The Municipality of Szentendre is procuring a comprehensive modernisation and operation of its public lighting system under a 120-month contract, with no division into lots. The works cover 4,347 luminaires: 3,851 outside the town centre, including 977 smart-ready units, and 496 in the town centre, including 164 smart units. The contractor will design, obtain approvals for and carry out the upgrade, then operate and maintain the system and supply its electricity; the investment is to be financed upfront and repaid from verified energy savings.
