SPRBF 2026 Framework Agreement

Summary

Brussels Fiscality is seeking a four-year framework agreement for IT and consultancy services, divided into three lots: digitalisation, mobile and back-office programmes; IT services; and business services. The scope includes business and strategic consultancy, business, functional and technical analysis, development, configuration, installation, deployment support and service-based management of IT solutions. It also covers SAP RISE and associated modules, particularly the management, maintenance and extension of regional accounting, finance and HR modules.
