Expanded conceptual design and engineering-geological investigations for the new Svishtov–Ruse–Veliko Tarnovo motorway route

Summary

The Bulgarian Road Infrastructure Agency is procuring, as a single lot, an expanded conceptual design and full engineering-geological investigations for a new route from Svishtov to the Ruse–Veliko Tarnovo motorway. Two route options are envisaged, approximately 25 km and 33 km long, and the project also includes a cycle path linked to the EuroVelo 6 corridor. The work covers three design stages and multidisciplinary design documentation, including geodesy, road and structure design, environmental and cultural heritage protection, and traffic management. The contract period is 430 calendar days.
