Food supplies for childcare and social-service establishments in Stara Zagora

Summary

The Municipality of Stara Zagora is procuring food supplies in six lots for nurseries, a children’s kitchen, kindergartens and social-service establishments. The lots cover milk, margarine and dairy products; chicken and other poultry products and eggs; fruit and vegetable preserves; organic milk; organic chicken; and organic fruit and vegetable products. The supply period is 24 months, and a tenderer may bid for up to six lots. Product types, approximate quantities and technical requirements are specified for each lot; organic products must comply with organic production and labelling rules. Tenderers must hold the required food-business registration, demonstrate food-supply turnover for the last three financial years, and show at least one similar delivery during the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion. Upon contract award, the successful tenderer must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the relevant lot’s contract value, excluding VAT.
