Framework agreement for software development, engineering and expertise services

Summary

Cohabsys is procuring a framework agreement for software development, engineering and expertise services to rewrite and modernise management software used by public social housing companies in Wallonia and Brussels. The work includes frontend and backend development by two developers, supplemented by occasional senior expertise in architecture, PostgreSQL and DevOps/CI-CD, as well as auditing and consultancy. The procurement has one lot and a maximum term of four years. Services must be performed at the contracting authority’s premises in Gosselies at least three days a week; the remaining work may be carried out remotely.
