Treatment and recovery of waste fractions for Vejen Municipality

Summary

Vejen Municipality is procuring treatment and recovery services for waste fractions from its recycling centres, divided into nine lots. Estimated annual quantities are: hard plastics, 355 tonnes; soft plastics, 108 tonnes; PVC and garden furniture, 86 and 23 tonnes respectively; paper and books, 181 tonnes; window glass with frames and flat glass, 217 and 120 tonnes respectively; gypsum and sanitary ware, 236 and 456 tonnes; stone wool and glass wool, 147 and 37 tonnes; indoor and outdoor wood, 2,845 and 1,370 tonnes; and bricks, masonry and concrete, 4,895 tonnes in total. One supplier will be awarded a framework agreement for each lot, for 48 months starting on 1 January 2027; the maximum quantity for each lot is 30% above its estimated annual quantity.
