Panel arrangement for children’s residential services

Summary

Tusla Child and Family Agency is procuring children’s residential services to complement its existing community-based provision. The bespoke panel comprises five lots: mainstream and enhanced provision; multi-occupancy semi-independent support and preparation for leaving care; high-dependency dual- and single-occupancy services, including step-up and step-down support; and multi-occupancy rapid-access and transitional support. Requirements will be purchased on a spot basis, and the contract period is 26 months.
