Expert services for property valuation and forest inventory

Summary

The Swedish Mapping, Cadastral and Land Registration Authority (Lantmäteriet) is procuring expert services under a framework agreement for property valuation in cadastral proceedings and for forest-land inventory and tree marking. The services cover three areas of expertise: agricultural property valuation, valuation of other property types, and forest inventory, across nine geographic areas. The framework agreement runs from 20 March 2027 to 19 March 2031, with an estimated value of SEK 65 million and a maximum value of SEK 85 million excluding VAT.
