Routine maintenance and road-surface works on national roads in Tulcea

Summary

Romania’s national infrastructure company, acting through its Constanta regional road directorate, is procuring routine maintenance of the roadways, shoulders, emergency lanes and edge strips of national roads in Tulcea County. The four-year framework agreement principally covers summer asphalt repairs; its maximum value is RON 50,771,000 excluding VAT and its minimum value is RON 5,077,100. At least one call-off contract is planned for each year of the framework agreement.
