Design and construction of the Vision Disorders Treatment Centre in Dvůr Králové nad Labem

Summary

The Hradec Králové Region is procuring the design and construction of a new vision disorders treatment centre in Dvůr Králové nad Labem, including the associated technical services, buildings and support facilities. The project uses a design-and-build approach and includes development of the building information model at every design stage and preparation of the as-built model. Energy management services will also be provided during the building’s first three years of operation. The procurement is divided into one lot and has an estimated value of CZK 140 million.
