Energy performance services using the EPC Lite method in Holešov

Summary

The City of Holešov is procuring the renewal of its public lighting system together with guaranteed-outcome energy services using the EPC method. The work includes supplying and installing lights and poles in four stages from 2027 to 2030, as well as commissioning, operator training, and long-term monitoring and assessment of energy savings. The first stage covers replacement of 650 lights, replacement of 287 poles together with their lights, and installation of 21 new poles; the second stage covers 123 poles. Energy management will continue through the end of 2037, with guaranteed savings covering 2031–2037.
