Pre-commercial procurement of innovative personal protective equipment for first responders

This international procurement, led by KEMEA, covers research and development services for innovative personal protective equipment for first responders, police, firefighters and emergency medical services operating in complex chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear incidents and hazardous-material environments.
