Maintenance and refurbishment works for buildings managed by Bucharest Sector 5

Summary

The Municipality of Bucharest Sector 5 is procuring maintenance, repair, strengthening, rehabilitation, modernisation and energy-efficiency improvement works for buildings and facilities under its management through a 48-month framework agreement. The works include, among other things, building structures, insulation and roof waterproofing, windows and doors, interior finishes, and electrical, water, sewerage, heating, gas and ventilation systems. Actual works and quantities will be specified according to need in contracts awarded under the framework agreement; the estimated framework ceiling is RON 3,777,112,943.26.
