Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medical syringes in five lots: injection and sampling syringes, pre-filled sodium chloride flushing syringes, insulin syringes, feeding syringes and heparinised syringes. Bidders may submit offers for up to five lots, and up to five lots may be awarded to a bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically and electronically signed, in French or Dutch. An electronic catalogue is required for Lot 3 and is not permitted for the other lots. Bids must remain valid for 120 days. The precise exclusion grounds, qualification criteria and technical product requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
