Expansion of Racek Hotel’s Accommodation Capacity

Summary

The buyer is procuring works to expand Racek Hotel’s accommodation capacity. The works include converting the second and third floors from retail space into accommodation units; insulating and renovating the façade and roof; replacing windows and doors; upgrading the lighting; and renovating the heating system and hot-water pipes. The project also includes installing 50 kWp photovoltaic panels with a usable storage capacity of 60 kWh, as well as heat pumps. The procurement is divided into one lot.
