Maintenance of carriageways and shoulders on the A2 and A4 motorways

Summary

Romania’s national road infrastructure administration, through its Constanța regional directorate, is procuring maintenance works on the carriageways, shoulders, emergency lanes and edge strips of the Cernavodă–Constanța section of the A2 motorway and the Ovidiu–Agigea section of the A4 motorway. The four-year framework agreement includes, among other works, summer asphalt repairs and has an estimated value of RON 19,205,735 to RON 38,411,470 excluding VAT. At least one call-off contract is planned for each year of the framework agreement; detailed quantities are set out in the tender documents.
