Organisation of international events

Summary

Bulgaria’s Ministry of the Interior is procuring the organisation and delivery of international events in Sofia or elsewhere in Bulgaria, as requested, under a single lot. Services include accommodation, catering and transport; venues and technical equipment; printed materials and event supplies; interpretation when needed; and cultural programmes. Events may include conferences, round tables, meetings and expert sessions, as well as working lunches and dinners. The contract will run for up to 36 months, with an estimated total value of EUR 450,000 excluding VAT.
