Case management system for assisted transport services

Summary

Umeå Municipality is procuring, as a single lot, a case-management system for its unit handling applications for assisted transport services, national inter-municipal assisted transport, RIAK and parking permits for people with reduced mobility. The unit makes approximately 1,400 assisted-transport decisions, 250 national assisted-transport decisions and 250 parking-permit decisions each year; approximately 8,000–12,000 authorised journeys take place monthly. The system must support case handling and the transfer of permits to the service provider, and allow on-premises operation with test and acceptance environments.
