Supervision services for staff in schools and social services

Summary

The Municipality of Umeå, together with the municipalities of Vännäs, Bjurholm and Vindeln, is procuring individual and group supervision services for staff in schools and social services. The nine lots cover mental health; intellectual disabilities; risky and harmful substance use and addiction; child and adolescent development, attachment and interaction; systems theory; violence in close relationships; educational psychology; sociocultural theory; and specialist knowledge in neuropsychiatry, psychiatry, autism and cognitive difficulties. The services are intended to support and develop municipal employees’ professional capabilities, and the estimated total contract value is SEK 10 million. The contract period is 4 January 2027 to 3 January 2031, with up to two extension options after two years, including options to extend only selected lots or categories.
