Procurement of Endoscopic Consumables

Summary

The procurement covers single-use endoscopic medical supplies for the clinics and hospitals of the University of Pécs. Items include biliary and pancreatic stents, drains, guidewires, dilation and extraction balloons, catheters, endoscopy kits, cytology brushes, haemostatic spray and colonoscopy trousers. The procurement is divided into 22 lots, but lots 1 and 19 have been withdrawn; bids may be submitted separately for the remaining lots. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier per lot. The agreement runs for 12 months and may be extended by up to a further 12 months if the framework amount has not been used; orders will be placed directly as needs arise. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must demonstrate previous supply or distribution of endoscopic consumables. The minimum reference quantity varies by lot, from 3 to 3,000 items. The bid must include a technical offer, a price schedule and manufacturer product information or a brochure demonstrating compliance with the technical specifications. Product conformity and distribution-authorisation documents must also be provided where required. The bid and required documents must be submitted electronically in Hungarian. No bid guarantee is required. The deadline for submission is 13 October 2026 at 14:00.
