Commercial Vehicles Procurement 2026-II

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of commercial vehicles to Tettye Forrásház Zrt. in two lots: one new two-axle truck with a centrally mounted crane and tipper body in Lot 1, and seven new N1-category vans in Lot 2. The Lot 1 truck must have a diesel engine, meet Euro VI requirements and provide at least 240 kW of power; its warranty must cover 60 months or up to 100,000 km for the vehicle and up to 2,000 operating hours for the crane. The diesel vans in Lot 2 must provide at least 100 kW of engine power, cargo capacity of 7–8 m³ and a 60-month warranty. Both lots also include 24-month warranties for paint and surface corrosion and for chassis rust-through. The successful bidder must deliver compliant vehicles and provide one operating and maintenance training session for up to five of the buyer’s employees, lasting no more than four hours. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and price is the sole award criterion in each lot. Relevant supply experience must be demonstrated: at least one N3-category truck with a gross weight of at least 12 tonnes for Lot 1, and at least four N1-category vehicles for Lot 2. The bid and required documents must be submitted electronically in Hungarian; documents in other languages must include a Hungarian translation. No tender guarantee is required. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 11:00 local time.
