Renovation and extension of Trooz municipal administration and sports centre

Summary

The municipality of Trooz is procuring renovation and extension works for its municipal administration building and sports centre, damaged in the 2021 floods, at 22 rue de l’Eglise. The works include demolishing and rebuilding some buildings and bringing municipal administration, public services and social services together at one site. The contract has three lots: architecture, structural works, lift, demolition, external works and coordination; electrical works, fire detection and photovoltaic panels; and heating, ventilation and sanitary installations. Lots 2 and 3 also include maintenance of the relevant systems, while the contractor for Lot 1 coordinates the other lots.
