Supply and management of high-capacity shared printing devices

Summary

The National Bank of Slovakia is procuring 122 new multifunction printing devices, with an option for 15 additional devices, including delivery, installation, configuration and integration with its information systems. The supply also includes licences and an on-premises system for secure print and scan management, testing, commissioning, documentation and staff training. Related maintenance and other support services will run for 60 months, with an option to extend by a further 36 months. The procurement is a single lot; the devices will primarily serve the Bank’s Bratislava locations, with up to 5% potentially moved to other listed sites in Slovakia.
