Design and supervision for the reconstruction of buildings at the Křešice campus

Summary

The Ústí nad Labem Region is procuring design and engineering services, designer supervision and assistance with selecting a construction contractor for the reconstruction of buildings at the Křešice campus of the Děčín School of Water Transport and Technical Crafts. The work is divided into two design stages: reconstruction of the main school building and related infrastructure, followed by reconstruction of the two-storey vocational training and sports building, including a change to the heating system across the entire campus. Deliverables include separate design documents and itemised cost estimates for each stage, a consolidated estimate, and BIM-based digital models and documentation.
