Preparation of an amendment to the detailed plan for central Palanga

Summary

Palanga City Municipality Administration is procuring services to prepare an amendment to the detailed plan for the central part of Palanga, in the area between Klaipėda, Vanagupė and Vytautas streets. The work includes a topographic plan, planning concept and detailed-plan documents and drawings covering land-use regulations, plots, transport links, engineering infrastructure and the proposed conversion of forest land. The completed and approved plan, together with a positive review conclusion, is due within 18 months. The procurement is not divided into lots.
