Romania’s National Authority for the Regulation of Mining, Petroleum and Geological Storage of Carbon Dioxide is procuring eight new plug-in hybrid passenger cars under the 2025–2030 programme to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from transport and promote clean, energy-efficient road vehicles. The vehicles must be unregistered and have a model year of 2026.
