Purchase of Multifunction Printers and Related Support

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of six types of multifunction printers for managed printing, copying and scanning. The supplier must deliver the devices against orders, install them and put them into operation. The contract also includes technical support, toner and other consumables, and print management software. A 24-month framework agreement for the devices will be concluded with one supplier; the technical support agreement will have no fixed end date. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13:00 on 15 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion. During contract performance, the selected supplier must comply with applicable requirements, including those on occupational health and safety, fire safety, working time, rest periods and remuneration.
