Supply and installation of conveyor belts

Summary

This is a four-lot framework agreement for the supply of conveyor belts, including installation and related services in some lots. The lots cover belts for optical sorting equipment; belts up to 1 metre wide; belts wider than 1 metre, excluding those for optical sorting equipment; and belts for eddy-current sorting machines and magnetic separators. The contract will run for 48 months, and up to five contractors may be appointed to the framework agreement. A tenderer may bid for and be awarded all four lots. Bids must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for 180 days. For lots 1–3, the estimated annual cost accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the cost of additional services for 25%; emergency response time accounts for 15%. For lot 4, estimated annual cost accounts for 80% and ordinary delivery time for 20%.
