Framework agreement for electrical appliances

Summary

Fonds Soziales Wien is procuring a three-lot framework agreement for the supply of electrical appliances: low-price household appliances in Lot 1, standard-price household appliances in Lot 2 and industrial appliances in Lot 3. The supplier must deliver the appliances, install them, connect them to electricity and, where applicable, water, and remove the packaging. Optional services may include installing and finishing built-in appliances, taking away old appliances, and extending the warranty: up to five years in Lots 1 and 2 and up to ten years in Lot 3. The framework agreement lasts 48 months; the maximum order volume is EUR 700,000 for Lot 1, EUR 400,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 200,000 for Lot 3. One framework agreement partner will be selected for each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 8 October 2026. Evaluation considers price, Vienna’s environmental purchasing criteria, a shorter delivery period and a sustainability questionnaire; their weightings vary by lot.
