Framework Agreement for Building Energy Efficiency and Renovation Studies

Summary

This four-year framework agreement covers studies related to building energy efficiency and renovation. The services include studies of energy-saving measures for building envelopes, heating and cooling solutions, lighting design, the potential and feasibility of renewable energy systems, and comprehensive renovation. The nine lots include building-envelope, heating and cooling, and lighting studies in the western and eastern zones. The renewable-energy lot focuses primarily on solar panels and may also cover energy storage, charging infrastructure and energy management. Comprehensive renovation studies must coordinate the different disciplines into a coherent whole. Up to five contractors will be appointed to the framework agreement; tenders may be submitted for, and awarded, up to nine lots.
