Manufacture, delivery and installation of lockable mixed municipal waste container enclosures in Levoča

Summary

The procurement covers the manufacture, delivery and installation of lockable steel container enclosures and steel protective barriers beside buildings SO 01–SO 52 in Levoča. Each enclosure must accommodate two four-wheeled containers of 1,100 litres each. The work includes surface treatment and preparation for an electronic locking system, making a prototype within one month of the instruction to commence work and obtaining approval before series production, transport, installation and anchoring to prepared foundation strips, and chemical anchoring of hot-dip-galvanised steel barriers. The contractor must coordinate with the supplier of the electronic locking system and the contractor building the enclosure areas, and provide test results, workshop documentation, operating instructions and a maintenance plan. Removal and recovery of installation waste and packaging, as well as warranty-period obligations, are also included. The electronic locking system, enclosure-area paving and foundations, and stickers are procured separately. Environmental requirements include replaceable modules and spare parts, declaring and evidencing the recycled content of the steel upon delivery, and ensuring that at least 95% of each enclosure’s weight consists of recyclable materials and that its joints can be dismantled. The estimated value is EUR 589,051.75. Tenders will be evaluated on the lowest total price including VAT.
